Services
Lumi provides web design, development, and AI automation services for businesses and individuals. Project scope, deliverables, and timelines are agreed upon prior to engagement through email, proposal, or contract. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without notice.
Payment Terms
All setup fees and subscription payments are processed securely through our payment provider (e.g., Stripe). Setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly services are cancellable at any time, but partial refunds will not be issued for the remaining period of a billing cycle. Refunds may only be considered if Lumi is unable to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of Services.
Cancellations & Renewals
You may cancel your plan at any time by contacting us through our Site or your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing, but does not trigger a refund for any payments already made.
Use of AI & Technology
Some Lumi Services use artificial intelligence and automated systems to enhance website performance, content, or user experiences. While we make every effort to ensure high-quality, accurate results, AI-generated outputs may occasionally contain errors or inconsistencies. Lumi does not guarantee that any automated, AI-assisted, or third-party integrations will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Lumi retains ownership of all proprietary code, AI logic, design frameworks, and automation systems developed for the Service. Clients own all custom content, brand assets, and deliverables created specifically for their business once full payment has been received.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our Services or any delay, failure, or inaccuracy related to them. All Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
